How long are clients required to stay in the program to complete?

We have 30, 60, 90 day programs as well as 6 months to a year. Depending on the amount of time (whether court ordered) for successful completion.

What programs do you offer?

We offer Level I DUI outpatient, Level II Intensive Outpatient, and Level III Residential. All of our programs are licensed by the State of Florida.

Do you accept males and females?

We offer a male only Residential Program and Outpatient Treatment for both men and women. 

Where are you located?

We have three locations to serve all of Brevard County.

  • North location is 109 S Brown Ave, Titusville, FL 32796:
         Level I DUI
  • Central location is located at 1215 Lake Drive, Cocoa, FL 32922:               Administrative offices, residential, Brevard County Drug Court,
    and Level I DUI
  • South location is 18 West Avenue B Suite #2, Melbourne, FL 32901;
    Brevard County Drug Court and Level I DUI.

Do you accept insurance?

No. All of our programs are self-pay on a sliding scale fee.

How do I sign up for treatment?

Level I DUI: You must choose us as your provider on the treatment referral form provided by the Florida Safety Council, return the paperwork to them, and give us a call in a week to set your initial assessment.

Level II and Level III: We have open interviews every Tuesday from 2 p.m.- 4p.m. in our Cocoa location. There is no appointment needed and no charge for the interview with our clinical team.

Do I need to bring anything to the interview?

No. We have the application at the office. The applications can also be downloaded on our website to fill in prior to interview. You may bring any court orders, referrals from DCF, or other providers if you wish to do so.

Is your program Faith based?

No. However, residential clients are required to obtain a sponsor and work the 12 step program. Outpatient clients are highly encouraged to as well.

If you are deaf or hard of hearing, or limited English, you are entitled to an interpreter at no cost to you.  Please inform agency staff of the services needed.
